At Clipse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
